We will not accept any sort of fraud, scamming, or illegal activity of any sort in this Antiques Sales or on this web site. Persons engaging in such will be terminated from this Site and may be subject to criminal prosecution. Below are the legalities we are required to state and which you agree to abide by when registering to buy or sell on this site:

Article 1. Eligibility of membership - This Antiques Sales site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts as the seller/buyer of an item. People who are of under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services.

Article 2. Syte-uk Online Antique Sales is only providing a display of Items for Sale services - We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying merchandise via internet sales. We do not have control over the items that are posted in the auction site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of said product. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers/buyers take before, during, and after the sale, typographical errors, misprints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this auction site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Article 3. Buying and Selling - As a user, you may purchaces merchandise over Syte-uk Online Antiques sales. As a seller, the item that you place up for bids must be real and in a condition stated on the item display. Once a purchase hase been made via Syte-uk Online Antiques sales, the seller will be contacted by Syte with the Puchasers information, you are then obliged by this contract to ship the Item in a condition stated in the advert, and promt without delay. Having made the sale, any payments to Syte-uk Online Antiques sales should be made at the end of each month. All sale and account activity is logged by Syte.

Article 4. Posting Items - As a user, you are welcome to post items up for sale in the Syte-uk Online Antiques sales. We do have restrictions on what items you may sell, and what you may not sel Antique wise. You may not sell illegal merchandise, including pirated software and music, firearms, adult videos, or anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc. Items that are posted for sale are subject to review by the staff of Syte-uk Online Antique Sales, and my be removed without prior notice, if in violation of the User Agreement.

Article 5. Charges - Posting an item up for sale, will be chaged upon sale completion at the rate of 5% of that sale, payments to be made at the end of each month, registering is free on this server untill first sale then at a rate of £10.00 will be charged each month and any sale will be at a rate of 5%.

Article 6. Privacy - We gather your information so that other people will have it on hand when they make a purchace. Personal information is not sold, rented, without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the Sale site is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication with the Syte or the seller.

Article 7. Warranty - Syte-uk Online Antiques sales provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. Syte-uk Online Antique Sales is not liable for any damages resulting in any sale, or your visit to the site or loss of any data at any time.

Suspension or Termination

Here are some things that will get you suspended, terminated, and/or prosecuted:

• Giving us false information when registering, such as a false name or fraudulent contact information.

• We are against Spam and we respect the privacy of our users. We use your e-mail address for contacting buyers or sellers only. Any use of this private information by anyone else is strictly prohibited and we WILL take action.

• Don't add items that you do not have in stock. Don't offer an item unless you intend to follow though with the sale. For a seller not to honor the sale is illegal.

• Any one attempting to compromise the safety, security, data integrity, service, or any other fact of Syte-uk Online Antique Sales will be suspended or terminated and WILL face possible legal action. We've worked hard to present this Antiques Sales Site, opportunity for you, and will not allow one or two to ruin it for the many.

• Any one attempting to post illegal merchandise, including pirated software and music, firearms, adult videos, any item in any way infringing on a legitimate copyright, or anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc. Links within your Antiques sales to sites violating the above are included. Items that are posted for sale are subject to review by the staff of Syte-uk Online Antiques sales, and may be removed without prior notice, if in violation of the User Agreement. Then the person posting them is in trouble with us!

• For the seller (Registerd Use) to make a sale having been contacted by the purchaser via Syte-uk Online Antiques sales or from using this site, and NOT notifiying Syte of the sale or making the appropriate % payment will be subjected to the full extent of the law in the United Kingdom, Europe, USA and any other civilised country that is able to view these pages.

Conditions of Service

1. Syte-uk Online Antiques sales acts only in providing a place for buyers and sellers to buy and sell approved items. We have no control over quality, usability, legality, et al of the items put up here for sale. In other words, Syte-uk Online Antiques sales provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. Syte-uk Online Antique Sales is not liable for any damages resulting in a sale, or your visit to the site. Syte-uk Online Antique Sales is not responsible  nor liable for any damages caused or alleged to be caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, or consequentially by anything on or related to this sale site.
   

2. We at Syte-uk Online Antiques sales cannot and will not get involved in disputes between users. In the case that you have such a dispute, by registering on this site, you are releasing Syte-uk Online Antiques sales and its agents, employees, and assignees, and any affiliated companies or individuals from any claims , suspected and unsuspected, whether disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of, or in any way connected to, any disputes. We suggest and expect that users will employ common good business practices and personal courtesy to avoid disputes. If another user has a complaint with you, please establish a polite dialog with him or her to resolve the dispute to mutual satisfaction. Above all, when buying something from someone--whether on the internet or anywhere else--your best protection to be an informed buyer. In Latin: Caveat Emptor!
   

3. We cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, caused by any means, therefore we cannot guarantee continual, uninterrupted service as our website could be interfered with by means out of our control.
   

4. The use of a trademark or service mark in your Antiques sales should be capitalized and indication as such. Since we have no control over posting, the use  of any trademark or service mark in this auction, proper or improper, cannot and should not be construed as affecting the validity of that trademark or service mark.
   

5. We reserve the right to remove anyone from Syte-uk Online Antiques sales at any time for any reason we deem sufficient and without explanation required.
   

6. We will tolerate no violations of law or regulations by any sale, especially those that are libelous, threatening, harassing, or obscene.
