1. Although NetDate uses all reasonable endeavors to ensure that
introductions fall within the category of persons specified by them, it cannot
accept responsibility if, through no fault of its own, any such person does
not fall within such category nor can it accept any responsibility for any occurrence
as a consequence of any meeting with or relationship formed with any such person
as a result of such introduction.
2. All information supplied to NetDate by its members will be treated in
the strictest of confidence, is subject to the Data Protection Act and will
not be divulged to anyone. The data will only be used for the purpose of providing
introductions to NetDate's members.
3. All member are responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied
by them to NetDate. NetDate accept no responsibility whatsoever for any such
inaccuracies howsoever arising.
4. NetDate reserves the right to give the members name to other members seeking
introductions : (a) until it is notified in writing that they no longer wish
their name to be given out, (b) they have indicated on their application form
not to give out their name, or (c) membership has expired or been withdrawn.
5. Members will conduct themselves in a reasonable manner when contacting
other members. Complaints from members about other members writing in an offensive
way will, upon receipt of the offending material, result in withdrawal of
that members membership immediately. See section 6.
6. NetDate reserves the right to withdraw membership from any person at
its sole discretion and if that occurs, refund of the unexpired portion will
be given provided that NetDate does not withdraw membership on the grounds
of bad behavior, or intentionally false information supplied by the member,
in which case NO refund will be given.
7. The contract between NetDate and the member is only made when NetDate
contacts the member notifying the member of acceptance.
8. Married persons will not be allowed to become members or have access to
members
9) Netdate cannot be held responsible for dead or incorrect addressees supplied
by advertisers, although we do our best to ensure these are valid at all times.
NetDate NetDate is a new concept in computer dating which we aim to use for the
benefit of our members. NetDate not only has access to our own
membership but also to other dating agencies world-wide
Our major objective is to provide members with world-wide access to
potential friends or partners. Through NetDate, members may choose to
have information about themselves made available to other members by one
of three methods:
1. members may supply NetDate with a photograph and a short message
which we then display on the Internet.
2. members may supply NetDate with a short message only, which we then
display on the Internet.
3. members may decide not to have any details displayed on the Internet.
Details supplied to NetDate would then only be used in searches.
Note: Details displayed by methods 1&2 above, may be seen by anyone
using the Internet, but contact will only be available to members of
NetDate by quoting your unique identification code.
At ALL times the identity of our members will be protected and all
correspondence between members that passes through NetDate will NOT be
opened by NetDate.
We have contacts with other Dating Agencies world-wide and may use them
where we cannot find a match from our own membership. We aim to provide
an efficient world-wide service for the benefit of our members,
therefore we welcome constructive comments from our members which will
help us to improve our service to you.
